Committed to Equality have worked with Balfour Beatty Lighting Coventry to train their staff in Disability Awareness. All front line staff were trained in how to provide quality support to people with a range of disabilities.
It was clear that all staff take the needs and safety of disabled people extremely seriously on site. The training was designed to add to the knowledge they have gained through previous training sessions and experience with disabled people.
The training was a huge success with all rating it as Excellent. We are proud to have worked alongside a company as committed to the safety and support for disabled people.
