Jan Harrison of Trust wills has been providing a home visit will writing service in the East Midlands for sixteen years.  Trust wills is covered by £2 million professional indemnity insurance and are members of the Institute of Professional Willwriters whose code of practice is recognised by the office of fair trading.

Before becoming a Willwriter, Jan worked as a secretary,raised a family and also worked in market research. She decided that she wanted to do something useful for her community and making Wills acessible for everyone was the answer!

Jan visits her clients in their own homes at a time to suit them such as day-times,evenings and even weekends, and it is sometimes possible to turn documents around within 48 hours. She also provides Lasting Power of Attorney documents at a reasonable cost.  All fees are fixed, so you know before Jan visits what the cost will be.

Jan Harrison qualified as a Willwriter in 1995 and regularly attends training seminars for CPD requirements.
